Leadership Lessons From the C-Suite

Wednesday, May 23 12 pm (Central)

2

The path to the C-Suite is rarely smooth and easy. Even the most talented leaders experience surprises and stumbles, and learn things the hard way.

From conversations with C-Suite execs, ranging from founders through mid-sized organization CXOs, executive coach Kimberly Togman, MBA '94, shares examples of lessons learned during the leadership journey. Participants will learn some truths about failure, the foundational leadership competency, and how successful leaders put the focus on other people.

About the Presenter:
Kimberly Togman believes work should matter: people and organizations do their best when they have purpose and the tools to succeed.

She has devoted her career to helping people and organizations get better at what they do. All successful change—from adopting new habits to organizational transformation—starts by building a solid foundation.
